Our Daycare
Located in a rural hamlet area away from roads, Lee-over-Sands offers a perfect environment for day care. With the picturesque countryside and creek to be explored on walks, your dog will have an adventure every time they stay with us. We have an inside play area, chill area, and a fully secured outside area perfect for all dogs to run and be free! This allows us to ensure your dog gets the perfect amount of exercise, play, and rest.
We provide individual experiences for each dog at our daycare to ensure they can be at their happiest with us. Each day will include mind enriching activities to keep your dog stimulated and happy throughout the day. Not only will your dog be making lots of new friends, daycare is great for improving socialisation and confidence! We strongly believe that pack socialisation is essential for a happy well-rounded dog!
We have multiple locations for walking to go to just meters away from the daycare, including long beach walks, a tidal creek perfect for the swimmers, and sea wall runs. During daycare, we provide both physical and mental enrichment for the dogs which can range from playing in the water when it’s hot, to an exciting game of hide and seek the treat. Scent activities allow the dogs to channel their love for sniffing which is a great mental enrichment. Our large enclosed daycare provides the space for all dogs to enjoy!

"This place and the staff are amazing. My pup is very full on and boisterous but he has been going a few weeks now and has come on leaps and bounds with being calmer with the other dogs there. Everyone has been really patient with settling him in and he has made some new friends

"We’ve been taking our 20 month old Dalmatian to Chrissie’s Doggy Daycare for around 5 months now and I can honestly say she loves it! She comes home from there completely tired out with a day of fun, fun and more fun! Most dogs are similar in size and temperament and she has the whole day playing and running with them until her heart’s content. The staff there, Chrissie, Saul and Ru are fabulous and love all the dogs in their care. They even put on Birthday Parties for them on their special day! I completely recommend this daycare and it’s staff and can’t thank them enough for the happiness they give our girl one day a week. Best money spent on her, absolutely!"

We bless the day we found Chrissie, Saul and Ru; I suspect there isn't anything quite like their little haven of calm and doggy paradise in the whole of the UK. Our dogpal - a half-breed black lab/German shepherd, as crazy and as fun-loving as it is possible to be - simply loves her time at Chrissie's. From the moment we drop her off (and she's out of the car and off like a greyhound from the slips to see her pals without so much as a backward glance as soon as the car door is opened) until we pick her up later on, tired and happy, she enjoys every minute of her day there. We sometimes worry that there may come a time when she weighs it all up and simply decides to stay there rather than come home! Their professionalism, their quiet but affectionate authority when relating with their guests, leaves you with utter confidence that all will be well while your delinquent canine is in their care"

In the beginning I had a timid little 4 month old miniature dachshund, I now have a very confident 12 month old, who just had her Birthday party at daycare with all of her friends!
She jumps out of the car to run in to ‘school’ and is sound asleep by the time we return home later in the day.
I completely trust all of the staff, and they’re always on hand if I need training advice etc.

"My little Frenchy Penelope absolutely loves Chrissie’s doggy daycare. From the start they were all great with Penny and integrated her in slowly with the other dogs and are so patient. Penny comes home each week completely crashed out where she’s had an amazing time with all the other dogs. I could not recommend these guys enough, they are brilliant and the surroundings for the dogs is great, right near the beach and perfect for walks."
"Where do we even begin! Chrissie's Doggy Day Care is absolutely amazing and we cannot recommend them enough! From the moment we met Chrissie, Saul and Ru we knew without question that this was the Doggy Day Care provider that we wanted to use and that our Cockapoo would be in safe hands. Chrissie and her team care for all the dogs as if they are their own and provide them with so much fun and enrichment each and every day. There are so many wonderful natural places for all the dogs to run, play and walk where they can be free and explore. The team take time and effort to make sure all of the dogs are well suited within the group and give them the individual attention they need. Our Cockapoo is an absolute bundle of energy and when she comes home she is completely shattered (even the next day too!) as she has so much fun exploring and playing with all her friends! She cannot wait to get out the car and go in when we arrive in the morning. We love receiving all the photos and videos throughout the day and seeing how much fun she has had. We are so lucky to have found Chrissie's Doggy Day Care and highly recommend them to everyone."
"I couldn't recommend this place enough! Chrissie, Saul and Ru have been so amazing at helping my little buddy socialise and gain confidence around other dogs. Buddy is a bit reactive on the lead mostly due to a lack of socialisation during Covid and he has improved so much since coming here. I was so happy with how the guys introduced him to other dogs and watched his body language I knew I could trust them with him 100% and they wouldn't chuck him in the deep end too quickly. He has so much fun and is so tired at the end if the day. I get lots of pictures and updates which is so lovely and you see the passion for the dogs the team has. If you are looking for a daycare they really do go above and beyond."
"I decided to put my Springer puppy Jax into daycare. He was 3 months old and he started on a Monday with the smaller dogs and very soon he had grown in confidence to be able to attend on a Wednesday with the big dogs. Chrissie and all her team are superb. Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Jax is very happy to go for the day and comes home tuckered out. I cannot recommend these guys enough for your doggy daycare needs."

"Our 1 year old working line Labrador retriever has been coming to Chrissie’s day care for a few months now and I can’t put into words how amazing Chrissie and her team are, not only are they very knowledgable but they truly care about your dog like they are their own. While Hugo is at day care Chrissie updates me with pictures and videos of what he is getting up to Hugo gets to go on amazing walks whether that’s at the beach, on the fields or swimming in muddy ponds (his favourite)! He always comes back exhausted and sleeps most of the next day which says a lot as he is very high energy so requires a lot of exercise to wear him out, daycare has been fantastic for Hugo’s socialisation with all sizes and breeds of dogs and I would recommend Chrissie’s doggy daycare to anyone."
